招生概況

(一) 招生對象在滬工作的外籍人士或港澳臺人士的子女。

(二) 招生年級徐匯校區(qū)：1-5年級(小學(xué));6-8年級( 初中 );9-12年級(高中)。張江校區(qū)：1-5年級(小學(xué))臨港校區(qū)：1-3年級(小學(xué))虹口校區(qū)：逐年開設(shè)1-8年級(小學(xué)及初中)

(三) 學(xué)制一學(xué)年分為兩個學(xué)期。第一學(xué)期從每年9月1日至次年2月;第二學(xué)期從次年2月至8月底。其中7月1日至8月31日為暑假;中國春節(jié)前后有三周左右的寒假。每學(xué)年春秋假各1天;圣誕節(jié)放假3天;元旦放假1天;勞動節(jié)和國慶節(jié)等法定節(jié)假日按上海市人民政府規(guī)定放假。

(四) 上課時間徐匯校區(qū)：上午8：15上課;中午12：10～13：10午餐和休息;下午13：10～15：50 (周一～周四)/ 13：10～14：10上課(周五);校車16：08(周一～周四)/14：28(周五)發(fā)車。(注：各校區(qū)略有差異)

(五) 校車學(xué)校為學(xué)生提供校車服務(wù)。接送范圍：徐匯校區(qū)為直線距離13公里以內(nèi)，張江校區(qū)為10公里以內(nèi)，臨港校區(qū)為臨港周邊地區(qū)。校車固定站點信息：http://cn.shsid.org/zs/xczd.htm虹口校區(qū)暫無校車。

(六) 餐廳徐匯校區(qū)設(shè)有兩個學(xué)生餐廳，由索迪斯公司經(jīng)營。學(xué)生可以在餐廳用餐(餐費自理)或自帶午餐。學(xué)校提供微波爐和冰箱。(注：各校區(qū)略有差異)

(七)智慧校園自2019年5月起，上海中學(xué)國際部將“人臉識別”技術(shù)逐步應(yīng)用于校車系統(tǒng)、圖書館管理、學(xué)生進(jìn)出校門管理等，并努力打造開放、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的智慧校園綜合服務(wù)平臺。

上海中學(xué)國際部歡迎具有藝術(shù)(美術(shù)、歌唱、舞蹈、戲劇、器樂等)或運動(籃球、足球、游泳、網(wǎng)球等)特長的學(xué)生報名我校。報名時請同時遞交自我陳述和相關(guān)材料，優(yōu)秀者可予以優(yōu)先錄取。

General Information

I. Enrollment PolicySHSID enrolls qualified children of foreign personnel in Shanghai, including students from Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan of China.

II. GradesXuhui Campus: Grades 1-5 (primary school); 6-8 (middle school); 9-12 (high school)Zhangjiang Campus: Grades 1-5 (primary school)Lingang Campus: Grades 1-3 (primary school)Hongkou Campus: Grades 1-5 (primary school); 6-8 (middle school) (G1 opens 2023-2024. New grades will be opened year by year as each grade of students moves up).

III. Academic CalendarThe school year is divided into two semesters. The 1st semester starts on September 1st and ends in February. The 2nd semester is from February to August. The summer vacation spans July and August, and winter vacation is three weeks around the Spring Festival. Other holidays: one day for Spring Holiday, one day for Autumn Holiday, three days for Christmas, and one day for New Year’s Day. The break for other national holidays are subject to notification from the Shanghai Municipal Government.

VI. CafeteriaXuhui Campus of SHSID has two student cafeterias run by Sodexo. Meals are provided for the students at a fixed daily rate. Students may bring their own lunch. Microwaves and refrigerators are available.(Note: There are slight differences among different campuses.)

VII. Smart CampusSince May 2019, Shanghai High School International Division has gradually applied "facial recognition" technology to the school bus system, library management, school gate access control, etc. The school is striving to build an open and sustainable smart campus comprehensive service platform.

SHSID welcomes students who have special talents in art (painting, singing, dancing, drama, instrumental music, etc.) or athletics (basketball, football, swimming, tennis, etc.).
